Every commercial stack drifts toward the same patchwork: a recording tool here, a content platform there, an enablement layer somewhere else, each holding a fragment of the truth. Sellers feel the seams every day. UiPath decided to be done with that. The choice was not another point solution. It was one governed intelligence layer for the entire commercial organization, built project by project on a single source of truth.
That build runs on Tribble, a governed knowledge platform for organizations that must answer high-stakes questions with speed and control. We take the knowledge a company already has, scattered across Salesforce, Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, and call recordings, and turn it into answers people can trust: cited, reviewable, drawn only from approved sources. At the heart of it sits the Brain, and the name fits: it learns. UiPath’s platform is built directly on that foundation: their content, their deal data, their rules for what’s true.
The first project was a content hub: one governed home for approved materials, giving UiPath’s sellers a single place where the answers have already been vetted.
The second was deal intelligence: risk assessments and account insights that read from UiPath’s CRM and call data, surfacing what a deal needs next instead of making someone assemble it.
The next project follows the sellers and how they access and find value in the Brain. Before a call, prep assembles itself from the same governed knowledge: the account, the history, the answers that matter to that meeting. During the call, Scribe, Tribble’s call recorder, captures what happens; JR Kelly, who leads enablement at UiPath, installed it the night he got access and spent the next day working inside it: “I tried Tribble last night and have been using it all day, it’s amazing.” After the call, the follow-up surfaces itself, and everything learned feeds back into the same Brain. Ask about a product capability and the answer comes back with its sources attached. Ask about a deal and it draws on what was actually said, not what someone remembers weeks later. And call grading, an early win already on the program’s radar, is turning those conversations into the scores and checklists managers act on.
What holds the projects together is the way they’re run: one program, with a roadmap, an owner, and a cadence, not scattered experiments. The structured pilot across international and American sales areas goes live this month, with user acceptance testing feeding a company-wide rollout. And the people closest to the answers are already voting. One UiPath CSM called the tool “revolutionary” for her role: meeting prep packages “significantly more comprehensive and articulate” than what she’d gotten from general AI tools, sharper client interactions with less stress.
That is the compounding logic behind the decision. A point solution starts from zero and stays a point solution. A Brain starts with everything the company already knows, and gets smarter with every project, every call, every question answered. One knowledge layer, one source of truth, across everything the team touches. Together, UiPath and Tribble are building what a modern commercial stack looks like when the tools stop competing for attention: content, deal intelligence, and the sales team on one governed foundation, and sellers who finally have one place to go.
“We have to pick a lane,” as JR Kelly put it. The lane is picked. Now everything runs on it.
